It may still have the prop shaft attached, and it will have to be
disconnected. There should be four bolts holding it to the floor.
After it is disconnected, it needs to be removed <G>. It only
weighs a couple hundred pounds <VBG>. A block-and-tackle from the
boom can be used to lift it out of the cabin. A couple 2x4's can
be used as tracks for when it slides forward out of the engine room
before being lifted out.
Obviously, having the marina or someone else do it is easiest! It
might cost a couple hundred to do it, though.
