The powers that be have decided to pass on the Mandatory Membership
thing. Sounds like they figured out that the strong arm tactic was
going to be a disaster.
Most people that I talked to that were going to fight the mandatory
membership mandate are now signing back up in droves.
Personally I don't see the value until I get back to racing my boat in
other than Beer Can races. Then I will consider it.
