We have been to Tortolla several times and love the area. The sailing is as
challenging as you want it to be. And the days are as long or as short as
you chose.
We always got boats from Sunsail, but that was because my wife worked for
them at the time and it was a major perk of the job. I would say to get
quotes
from both and work them against each other. This strategy is not as nearly
effective as it used to be as they now owned by the same company.
I'll try to put together some more notes later.
