Hi all. Over the weekend I bought a Cat 27. I am really excited about the new boat. However, I have a question about the wheel steering. I got to looking at that and all looked much as I expected except there is an elastic strap that I presume provides tension to the cable. Is that normal? Does anyone happen to have pictures of their implementation? Thanks, Steve Siefken
