I noticed that you can upload documentation for packages in PyPI, so I took
advantage of that for the lockfile module:
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/lockfile
http://packages.python.org/lockfile/
I don't see any links to the latter URL at the former though. How are users
supposed to know documentation is available online? I don't see a link on
the lockfile page.
