Any public mirror would trigger a redistribution of PyPI uploaded data without the PSF or the uploading PyPI user owning the material having a say about the redistribution terms. This may sound harmless at first, but if we get more VyperLogix folks setting up PyPI mirrors, I'm sure that a lot of developers will not be happy about the PSF being careless about who is allowed to redistribute the PyPI data. -- Marc-Andre Lemburg eGenix.com Professional Python Services directly from the Source (#1, Jan 20 2010) >>> Python/Zope Consulting and Support ... http://www.egenix.com/ >>> mxODBC.Zope.Database.Adapter ... http://zope.egenix.com/ >>> mxODBC, mxDateTime, mxTextTools ... http://python.egenix.com/ ________________________________________________________________________ ::: Try our new mxODBC.Connect Python Database Interface for free ! :::: eGenix.com Software, Skills and Services GmbH Pastor-Loeh-Str.48 D-40764 Langenfeld, Germany.
