That's why I can't find it! That link is a different page than the "edit" link visible at the top of each package page (the "Package: admin | view | edit | files | PKG-INFO" links). The "edit" link in that menu is for editing the PKG-INFO for the displayed release, rather than for managing the project as a whole. Could we add a link into that list which corresponds to the 'pkg_edit' action?
