Thanks Lennart. I think that's the issue - although I originally wrote the app, the PyPI package is owned by 'jiaaro' according to http://pypi.python.org/pypi/docx/0.1.2.
I think 'jiaaro' was some kind user who decided that the package was useful and put it on the chosseshop - but alas that was a long time ago and he hasn't kept up to date with github. How can I change the owner?
