So... everyone that uses pypi should be *forced* to use their own private pypi+externals cache? Otherwise they're not friendly enough to projects that don't want to use Pypi but that do it anyway?

Why aren't there instructions on the front page of pypi on how to set up a private mirror of all external packages as that's obviously the professional requirement of every single person that types in "pip install"?
