Good ideas. I added these items and also a note about CLA's
collection for emeritus committers.
BTW, I think ASF should have already received CLA's from Andriy
Shapochka and Craig Miskell, although I do not see them recorded.

I seem to recall there have been some other asf activities, such as
participation in the Google Summer of Code, which would never hurt to
mention.
Also, you posted some clarifications about the release status in
response to a question I think from Jim. Some of this was mentioned in
the April report, but it might be good to include again.
