There is poor support of database view in CayenneModeler.
- A relation from view to another DbEntity generate a FK for the VIEW.
- The set methods are generated in ObjEntity reengineered form a VIEW.
It would be nice to add an VIEW flag (value: true/false) for each DbEntity
