Andrus, I committed the JPA changes. I had an environment issue, though, and couldn't test the build. Please make sure it still works.
I also updated many of the wiki pages. I tried to only change things in CAY/CAYDOC and didn't change anything that was referring to 1.2 (such as the news pages/etc).
