Create a set of integration tests that follow the JPA spec features in a
provider agnostic manner. I started this work here:

Once we resolve the Maven issues with -javaagent
(http://objectstyle.org/cayenne/lists/cayenne-devel/2006/08/0059.html) we can
find a permanent location for the test suite.
This suite will be overlapping with the offical TCK, but since access to the
TCK is private, we still need it (related prior issue is CAY-458).
