Cayenne maven plugin

I'm actually making some progress on the Cayenne maven plugin.  I have a 
mojo that basically implements cgen.  There's some cleaning up to be 
done for sure, but I'd like to get this into SVN.  Before I screw up the 
newly organized directory structure, does anyone have any preference on 
where I put this?  The current plan is to slap it in other/maven-plugin, 
but I've been toying with creating a new "plugin" module at the same 
level as "core", "modeler", etc.
