It would be nice if ExpressionFactory.inExp (with friends) would work with
empty collections.
A simple way to do this is to just return ASTFalse from ExpressionFactory.inExp
if the collection are empty, but it would be even better if this could work for
other ways to create expressions as well - like Expression.fromString
