Per vote on cayenne-dev list [1] and Incubator general list [2]
Cayenne is deemed ready to graduate from the Incubator into a TLP
status. We'd like to request a board vote on the resolution below
during the next meeting in December 2006.

I have not seen an updated resolution that incorporates Jean or Greg's feedback.

Please submit ASAP. I will add a stub entry in the agenda for now,
but the sooner we get this, the better.
