Paul Hurtado just called to say he is watching a very large flock of SCOTERS on Cayuga Lake from East Shore Park, where they are visible to the northwest. At least a good number of them appear to be BLACK SCOTERS. Good numbers of Brant are around as well. Jay McGowan Dryden, NY
