With the faint hope of stumbling upon some of Tom's swallows, I
strolled over to Stewart Park in the early afternoon. While I didn't
find any swallows, I was really surprised to see a very late Blue-
gray Gnatcatcher along Fall Creek in Renwick Sanctuary.
Also of note were around 60 Brant on the lake, and another 20 or so
on the lawn over in Cass Park.
