Two BLACK SCOTERS and one WHITE-WINGED SCOTER with scaup and other divers just south of Cayuga Lake State Park. Mostly the same birds around Montezuma, but SOLITARY SANDPIPER at Muckrace Flats in Savannah (and Tschache, Tom reports).
