I heard my first Yellow-rumped Warbler singing yesterday in Shindagen Hollow. He had nice bright plumage, very handsome. Gary

Along with a YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER. It is the first time I have heard YERUWA singing this year. In Shindagan Hollow this morning there were several HERMIT THRUSHES (at least 6), though I didn't linger to count them carefully. Also, a LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH is back on territory along the creek (Gulf Creek) where Gulf Creek Rd hits the Hollow road.
