Although my friend's search for snow buntings on Mt. Pleasant this morning did not yield any larks or buntings, she did see a large flock of Cedar Waxwings in what she called a scrubby hedgerow not far from the Observatory. She said the Waxwings just kept coming, and estimates their number to be around seventy.
