Just in case anybody else was interested in looking for this bird but wasn't clear on where it was, here are the coordinates:
42.455841, -76.502954 Google Maps is showing the road name as Pier Rd./Cayuga Waterfront Trail. The bird was singing from high up in a cluster of large sycamores, right by the tee box for the 3rd hole of the golf course. The fire department training building that Jay mentioned is the first building beyond the sycamores on Pier Rd. Thanks, Drew! Good luck to others who go to look for it!
