That's encouraging. I installed a new box for the first time in our woods this 
June. So far, only cobwebs across the entrance hole (spiders like it!), but we 
did have a screechie tootling several nights in August from that general area, 
so I have hopes he has it pinned on his iPhone for future reference (like next 
Spring...).
