Its deja vu (this exact scenario occurred back in January of 2011 or 2012)… At 
8:30 this morning I was once again speeding up Rt 13 on my way to work. Just 
west of the mall, I spotted a BLACK VULTURE soaring low along with 4 TVs.  
Slowed down as much as reasonable on the highway to confirm white wing tips, 
shorter tail, less dihedral.  Hope it hangs around in the Lansing/Northeast 
area of town long enough for others to find.
