There is a small flock of Snow Buntings by the cornfields on Cayuga View Rd
east of TBurg. This a.m. there were about 15 mixed in with a few Horned
Larks. No Pipits that I could pick out. They are there most of the time,
either on the pavement or along the grassy shoulders. They fly up with
every passing car but quickly alight nearby. The best way to see them is to
drive very slowly and look ahead for the birds. Then stop and work your way
slowly towards them. Traffic is light along that road.
