Andrew Van Norstrand and I are looking at a winter EARED GREBE with two
Horned Grebes out on Aurora Bay, seen from the Lake Road bluffs. Several
other groups of Horned Grebes are also in the area, but the Eared is
notably smaller and skinnier-necked with a dark neck and peaked head, quite
distinctive in the nice light and calm conditions we have right now.

A Killdeer on Salt Point was the highlight at Myers.
