Susie & I were at the Observation Tower at the Visitor Center at MNWR this evening at 1800. The din of RED-WINGED BLACKBIRDS was a welcome Spring tonic. From the tower, thousands could be seen in numerous flocks of various sizes flying to and fro over the Main Pool before settling in for the night.
