Just had a fly over from a male Northern Harrier! I haven't seen one in my
neighborhood since a house was built on the lot next door, so maybe in 13
years. Last time I saw one locally it was on the polo field in Skaneateles in
winter several years ago. It flew back across Rt. 20 to the farm there. Nice
way to start the day!
