Nothing of particular note at Myers or Salt Point at noon, but as I was pulling out, a GREAT BLUE HERON flew out of Salmon Creek toward the lake. I saw one Monday just before sundown flying north over my house and wondered where it would find open water. Maybe this is where… White-winged Scoters off Myers, no Surf seen.
