Joyously heard my first Bobolink's this morning, with all of the construction going on around us I fear they will be pushed out of my neighborhood soon. So I will enjoy them while I can, and hope that someone with money and a conservation heart buys the 12 acres for sale across the street from us (Nelson/E Miller).
Also heard my first Baltimore Oriole on the edge of Cornell campus. Still looking for my first warbler of the year.
