7:50am. Perched prominently over the inlet in the west end of Ithaca, near the top of a tall tree approximately behind Kelly's Dock-Side. Not-yet-mature. Easily visible from 89 and the Octopus when crossing the inlet. A question mark b/c it was from a moving vehicle, no bins.
