at building 7 at Gas Light Village apts on Uptown Road, Lansing ( I think) an injured large bird (GBH)..I was told by the person who called me the lab of O was called but the person who can come can't come til after work..the bird has been observed for 6 hours now, injured wing, orange cones around it..anyone out there to help this bird? laurie
