Notable species on the wildlife drive this morning included 6 STILT SANDPIPERS, 11 SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHERS, 5 PECTORAL SANDPIPERS, hundreds of Least and Semipalmated, both yellowlegs, Semipalmated Plover, Killdeer, Spotted and Solitary sandpipers, all out on the mudflats that are the main pool, 9 Great Egrets, and a juvenile LEAST BITTERN in the reeds at Eaton Marsh, near where we had an American on Thursday.
