On Sunday evening, I saw a gray-morph EASTERN SCREECH-OWL roosting at the hole of our nest box, intensely scanning the darkening landscape, then flying out at 6:35 PM. This was my first screech-owl sighting in the yard since a three-day run in early December 2015.
