Greetings: This is the Syracuse Rare Bird Alert for the week of November 07, 
2015.
Highlights--------------
RED-THROATED LOONAMERICAN WHITE PELICANCATTLE EGRETBLACK-CROWNED

Montezuma National Wildlife Complex (MNWC) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex 
(MWC)------------
     11/12: A late PALM WARBLER was seen at Mays Point. 66 SANDHILL CRANES and 
a CACKLING GOOSE were seen from East Road. 7 CATTLE EGRETS were seen at Goose 
Haven on Rt. 89. A BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON was seen at Lock 25 on Rt. 89.     
11/13: An EURASIAN WIGEON continues along the Wildlife Drive. 69 SANDHILL 
CRANES were seen from East Road. The CATTLE EGRETS continue to be seen at Goose 
Haven on Rt.89.

Cayuga County------------
     11/10: A RED-THROATED LOON was spotted at Fair Haven State Park.     
11/12: An AMERICAN WHITE PELICAN was spotted on the pond at Fair Haven State 
Park. After being put up by a boat it was spotted flying from West Barrier 
Beach to the west but has not been reported since. 

Onondaga County------------
     11/7: A RED-NECKED GREBE was seen on Onondaga Lake at Willow Bay.     
11/8: An astounding 123 GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE were seen on Beaver Lake 
west of Baldwinsville. They have been seen each day since through yesterday. A 
HUDSONIAN GODWIT was found on Oxbow Road near the Gerber Topsoil Farm in the 
Town of Cicero. It was seen through 11/10 but has not been reported since. An 
EVENING GROSBEAK was seen at the confluence of the Oneida and Seneca Rivers 
south of Phoenix.     11/9: 55 BRANT were seen at the confluence of the Seneca 
and Oneida Rivers.

Oswego County------------
     11/11: A BLACK-LEGGED KITTYWAKE was seen from the bluff at Derby Hill on 
Lake Ontario.2 BRANT and an ICELAND GULL were seen at Oswego Harbor.

Madison County------------
     11/12: A CACKLING GOOSE was seen on Woodman Pond north of Hamilton.

Herkimer County------------
     11/10: 2 EVENING GROSBEAKS were at a feeder north of Dolgeville.
