I'll be in Rochester in a couple of weeks meeting a friend from California who is a beginner - intermediate birder. He will be recovering from surgery so may not be up to birding many sites. I'm wondering if someone familiar with the "birding hotspots" listed on the Rochester Bird Club website and could suggest which ones might be most rewarding to visit around March 10 - 13.
