The last few weeks have been full of wild activity in our backyard, as a nest of red tailed hawks up the hill has now fledged and are spending a tremendous amount of time around our bird feeders and on the trees in the yard. I captured this interaction between a couple of juvenile hawks and a young squirrel the other day. Can any animal behaviorists give me more information on what seems to be going on?
