On my evening jog I came upon a Cooper's Hawk in the middle of Terrace View Drive. I initially felt bad when I flushed it carrying a prey to a nearby tree, but soon a car came by which would no doubt have flushed it anyways. Must have been just freshly caught. Prey looked dark and biggish, likely a starling.
