Dear Kevin and John,
While driving to Syracuse on Rte
13 at 11.30 am past Warren Road and past the airport, saw a large dark
bird, slowly gliding along the tree line on the north side of highway. My
first thought was “ too big for a hawk, and flying too low and with wings
held more horizontally than a turkey vulture. “. Did not get Bino view,
but it was dark and large.
