For anyone interested in trying for the bird, it seems to be sticking to the north "ravine" area right on the trail. I walked towards the rec way and didn't have luck, but on my way back to the car the bird was right over the trail foraging very low and singing sporadically. It was mostly giving complex song and calls, with some typical songs every so often. Very cooperative when it was close.
