Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant Location : NY Duration 6+ Months(will extend further) Job Title : Oracle R12 HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8+ years in Oracle E-Business HRMS with minimum 1 full cycle implementations in R12 Technical/Functional Skills : - Ability to understand the requirement and create a sandbox instance for HRMS - Should have experience in advanced benefit, Time & Labor and payroll conversions and must have a good understanding of HRMS data structures - Should have hands on experience with OA Framework, Extensions and Interfaces and PL/SQL. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must Experience Required - Experience on working directly with Business sponsors to gather requirement and demo the evolving product in an iterative model - Experience in working in a distributed work environment - Experience in working in Agile Scrum methodology - Knowledge of Oracle's AIM methodology Roles & Responsibilities : Work to analyze the existing custom HR system and configure the Oracle HRMS module in sandbox instance based on requirements Generic Managerial Skills : Enterprising and Self Organizing person with an open mindset and excellent Leadership and Management skills Education : Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
