Transition the logical data model to a physical database design in the form of a physical database model. . Gather capacity planning, security requirements, availability and recoverability information from the application team during initial design of the database. . Create and maintain schema objects and will migrate schemas from one environment to another using a controlled and documented process. . Conduct code reviews and consult with application team on writing optimized and effective code from performance perspective. . Designing the database in such a way as to ensure the appropriate security of the system software and information it contains. Additional Skills .
