Job Roles / Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with vendor manager
* Lead the team from front
* Manage Workload/work allocation
* Provide work direction and guidance to team members
* Production support of WU.com application
* Drive adherence to SLAS
* Conducting investigation for the service desk requests
* Fixing of bugs encountered in the production system
* Release Management, UAT Support, QA Support
* Issue Tracking and Closure
* Provide Technical direction to the team (Onsite and offshore)
* Conduct technical reviews and checkpoints at regular intervals
* Provide Status to the Stakeholders
* Manage Onsite / offshore coordination
* Raise flag in case of any imminent problem
