Have experience working in a multi-asset class environment and have knowledge across all major asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Futures, Derivatives, etc.). Have a strong understanding and background working with the FIX protocol. Be self motivated and able to excel at working independently. Be well-organized and able to manage projects to a schedule. Be able to take ownership of complex business or technical issues and see them through to resolution.
