Required Experience: · 6+ years of experience · IBM Message Broker · Experience with z/OS and os/390 · JACL scripting experience · Proven proficiency with installation, deployment, administration and support of products · Proven proficiency with clustering, shared channels/objects, SSL · Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: · Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex messaging flows, depicting flows in Microsoft Visio. Designs must adhere to existing core standards and infrastructure · Works together with team members to develop and implement design plans. · Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. · Manage several complex projects and coordinate activities of other project resources. · Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation · Support client testing in various non-production environments · Routinely accountable as a Messaging Subject Matter Expert within a project team or as an individual contributor. · Works under minimal supervision, with the ability to adapt and manage client expectations and schedules. · Works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluations of various factors. · Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
