Our client located in Woodbury, Long Island, NY is looking for a Lead Oracle DBA. This individual will work closely with the development team in providing hands-on database & schema development and enhancements as well as evaluate and create plans for future database environments. for a long-term contract position. This individual will work closely with the development team in providing hands-on database & schema development and enhancements as well as evaluate and create plans for future database environments. Required Skills: . 7- 10 years experience as an Oracle DBA (versions 9i, 10g, 11g) . Extensive experience supporting Java development environments . Experience working in an Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) environment . Logical and physical data modeling experience is a plus . Experience programming in Java is strongly preferred . Should have experience in PL/SQL .
