They will provide support for complex products, including escalated issues, mainly to end users, along with developers and corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with limited supervision. This person may also provide technical training, coaching and mentoring to other engineers. The main responsibilities of this role will be supporting an MS Exchange migration. Experience with MS Exchange 2007 is Critical and Mandatory. Experience in an enterprise wide migration will also be key. The HM would prefer experience with EAS, although not mandatory.
