*PeopleSoft/Workday Consultant* *Location: San Ramon, CA* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Job Description:* · Contribute to the entire PeopleSoft /*Workday* implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements. · Meet with business partners to understand business needs. · Responsible for overall *technical* design of the HR ERP solution(s). · Design, build and test applications. · Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex coding around*integrations, business processes, data conversion and reporting*functionality. *Duties: * · Contribute to the entire PeopleSoft /*Workday* implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements. · Meet with business partners to understand business needs. · Responsible for overall *technical* design of the HR ERP solution(s). · Design, build and test applications. · Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex coding around integrations, business processes, data conversion and reporting functionality. *Preferred Skills and Experience:* · Demonstrated experience with hands on ERP development platforms across various HRIS modules. · Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working in ERP software development environments such as *PeopleSoft*, Oracle etc... · Serves as *technical* support on application related issues, functional questions, and requests for change. · Migrate projects and other software objects affecting the environment through the defined migration paths for production support and development related activities. · Development experience with PeopleSoft /*Workday* Studio, Integrations and Reporting is a strong plus. · Will act as point of contact for PeopleSoft / *Workday*integrations, data conversion, reporting and business process development. · Experience with modules such as Core HRMS, Organization Management, Benefits, Self-Service, *Compensation*, Talent Management, Succession and Time Tracking is a strong plus. *Other Skills Required: * · At least 5 -10 years experience in IT/ERP implementation (Workday, PeopleSoft HR, etc) · Mobile Application Experience · Master’s degree in Business Administration. · Nice to have certification in PeopleSoft HRMS / Workday Best Regards, G Prem Cloudeeva, Inc.
