*REQUIRED SKILLS*:

•             A minimum of 6+ plus years of SAP HR configuration / support
experience in ERP 6.0

•             Should have experience in delivering at least 2 end to end
implementations.

•             Must have experience in HR interfaces and Stock
Administration Vendors

•             Must have skills on HR/Payroll design impacts on Role
development and system security.

•             Execute test scripts and scenarios for system prototyping,
unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing; identifies
and resolves discrepancies

•             Must have experience in the following areas of Human Capital
Management:

•             Personnel Administration

•             Time Management

•             Organizational Management

•             US Benefits

•             US Payroll

•             Travel Management

•             Should be able to understand the impacts of adapting
different architectures and designs and should be able to communicate the
same to all relevant stake holders.

•             Good Impact Analysis skills.

•             Work directly or indirectly with the client to understand the
reporting requirement and business processes

•             Interact effectively with the client and build strong
relationship.

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills for
articulating architecture and design principles.

•             Should be able to coordinate with onsite/
functional/development teams independently.



*RESPONSIBILITIES*:

•Identifies Issue and mitigations for effective Issue management.

•Good understanding of transition management.

•Should be able to understand the impacts of adapting different
architectures and designs and should be able to communicate the same to all
relevant stake holders.

•Good understanding of Incident Management , Issue Management, Change
Management process.

•Good Impact Analysis skills.

•Should resolve, implement, and close the support requests accurately and
on time.

•Work directly or indirectly with the client to understand the reporting
requirement and business processes

•Interact effectively with the client and build strong relationship.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating
architecture and design principles.

•Should be able to coordinate with onsite/ functional/development teams
independently.
