Please check the below Description and respond back to me ASAP. *Job Title: **Business Analyst* *Location: Los Angeles, CA* *Duration: Lon term Contract Position* *NEED LOCAL ONLY * *Responsibilities:* · Set prioritization of analysts work with appropriate resource leveling and opportunities for cross training · Manage design processes for business requirements / enhancements · Work with technical project manger and analysts to ensure high level interface (both GUI and back-end) design for sound infrastructure is aligned with business process · Manage analysts' involvement in system development life cycle for agreed upon projects · Assign project responsibilities to staff · Facilitate cross team interaction and discussion to ensure integration points are reviewed · Assess periodic reconciliations are current and noted errors are corrected either through defined processes · Conduct and participate in functional and technical specification approval process involving cross team impacts due to high degree of integration · Ensure design standards, procedures and standards are maintained in all design and development activities. · Provide production support in researching / resolving system issues or data anomalies · Involvement in the development, execution, coordination and recording of testing plans and scenarios · Oversee functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing and ensure testing issues are appropriately resolved before releasing system for implementation · Communicate status of development life cycle progress to management team · Maintain close relations with key business users · Coordinate & conduct update sessions on current issues to various end user groups and management · Ensure technologies are adding value to business users · Ensure end user support is provided with high degree of quality · Provide leadership and motivation to project team members · Lead effort in creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs *Education:* · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience of 5-7 years minimum, is required. MBA degree or equivalent related project management experience is desirable *Skills and Knowledge:* · Strong analysis, design and implementation experience with technologies · Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting/selling them to key business users · Strong knowledge and understanding of the business and related dynamics, with ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence · Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate, develop and coach staff for continued career development · Ability to work independently and with others to conceptualize and formulate solutions utilizing new and evolving technologies · Ability to conceptualize how to construct reconciliations of large data sets in order to perform reconciliations and related analysis · Proven track record in projects and the delivery of high quality work products · Ability to make effective process design decisions with the appropriate level of information and ability to formulate appropriate questions in order to gather information · Must be tenacious, have a 'can-do' attitude and drive for results · Solid understanding of software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, release and version control, testing methodologies and deployment approach - -- *Thanks & regards* *Akhilesh* * Recruiter* *KLN**tek* 324 E.
